You will be part of a team delivering person-centred plans with engaging activities, while receiving full initial training and DBS costs covered. The role offers diverse day-to-day duties and a commitment to development and progression.

Qualifications

• A good verbal and written communicator.

Responsibilities

• Support people to live as independently as possible across settings (Supported Living, Resource Centres and Outreach).
• Encourage participation in activities such as walks, trips to park, swimming, cinema, and volunteering.
