Job summary

Teach is recruiting enthusiastic, caring and experienced Supply Teaching Assistants to work across Hull and the surrounding areas, offering flexible work in mainstream primary and secondary schools, specialist provisions and SEND settings. As a Supply TA you’ll provide 1:1 or small group support, help with classroom routines and learning activities, and assist teachers across diverse school environments.

SEND experience is welcomed, with autism, ADHD, communication needs and complex learning

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND is welcomed.
• Ability to adapt to different school environments.
• Reliable, patient and approachable in a varied setting.
• Comfortable assisting teachers with learning activities and routines.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
• Provide classroom and learning support.
• Assist teachers with learning activities and routines.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
