TARA Professional Recruitment Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teachers to support primary and secondary schools across Shropshire. You will deliver engaging lessons, provide subject-specific or general cover, and adapt quickly to different school environments. Flexible day-to-day, short-term and long-term opportunities.

Experience in UK schools, QTS, strong classroom management and communication are expected. DBS enhanced on update service or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Experience teaching within UK school settings beneficial.
• Strong classroom management and clear communication.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different schools, classes and working environments.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across primary/secondary settings.
• Provide subject-specific teaching or general classroom cover as required.
• Follow lesson plans and resources where provided and manage classroom behaviour.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff to support learning.
