Job summary

Monarch Education in Stroud is recruiting Primary, Secondary and SEND supply teachers to join our partner schools on a flexible, supply basis. You can choose day-to-day work, longer placements, or a route back into teaching while maintaining your schedule.

Successful candidates will hold QTS or equivalent, be confident classroom practitioners, and bring strong relationships and behaviour management. DBS Update Service preferred; safeguarding processes apply.

Qualifications

• Qualified teachers with QTS or equivalent.
• Confident and adaptable educators who can build positive relationships quickly.
• Strong classroom practitioners with effective behaviour management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in Primary, Secondary and SEND settings on a supply basis.
• Adapt to different school environments while maintaining pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with teaching teams and adhere to school policies.
