Job summary

Worldwide Education Recruitment LTD is seeking passionate, flexible supply teachers to support Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across Liverpool. You will cover pre-planned lessons, adapt to year groups, and maintain a positive classroom environment while responding to short-notice bookings.

Ideal candidates include QTS and those progressing toward QTS, as well as unqualified teachers with relevant classroom experience. A DBS check and safeguarding compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organisation and classroom management skills.
• Availability for short-notice assignments.
• Understanding of safeguarding practices and DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and prepare engaging learning activities when required.
• Adapt teaching to different classes, year groups and learning needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment and manage behaviour effectively.
• Support pupils with varying abilities, including those with SEN.
• Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures and classroom routines.
• Communicate with school staff and provide feedback on completed work and pupil progress.
