About Early Years Ltd. is seeking a Supply Nursery Practitioner to cover sessions across Gloucester and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time shifts to suit your availability, with opportunities to work in multiple nurseries and settings.

You'll support children's learning, development and care, work with EYFS frameworks, and adapt to different age groups and environments while building your professional network in the Gloucestershire area.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification desirable.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to different nursery environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to children within nursery settings.
• Support children's learning and development through age-appropriate activities.
• Follow the EYFS framework.
• Plan and support engaging play-based activities.
• Help children develop their communication, social and physical skills.
• Promote children's independence, confidence and wellbeing.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
• Support children's personal care, feeding and daily routines where required.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and nursery staff.
• Adapt quickly to different nursery environments, routines and expectations.
• Observe children's development and communicate relevant information to permanent staff.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.
• Provide reliable and professional support across different settings.
