Job summary

Kids Planet Austhorpe is seeking a Supply/Bank Early Years Educator to join our friendly team on an as-needed basis. You’ll support high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS, helping children thrive in a nurturing setting.

Desirable but not essential is Level 2 qualification, with safeguarding knowledge and a positive, flexible approach to working with families and colleagues. We offer a supportive environment with training and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Desirable but not essential to be Level 2 qualified or higher in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, or an enthusiasm to learn more.
• Knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with the EYFS.
• Working flexibly with teams to deliver engaging activities and maintain routines in the nursery.
• Building positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
