Qualifications

• Have previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
• Be flexible and available to work on an ad hoc basis, often at short notice.
• Be confident working as part of different teams and adapt quickly to new environments.
• Have excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
