Job summary

NEXT is hiring an Administrator/Assistant to join a fast-paced store team in the United Kingdom. You will manage daily store administration, stock and cash handling, and provide friendly service whether on the shop floor or in the stockroom.

Flexible working options are available, with development from day one and support to meet company policies and procedures. Right to work in the UK is required to start.

Qualifications

• Accurate, thorough and well organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Friendly, calm and efficient — even on busy days.
• Flexible and able to work across all store areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily store administration tasks, which includes stock and cash handling
• Ensure smooth running of the admin processes to support great audit results
• Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors and stockrooms
• Always offer fast and friendly service to our customers from back or front of house
• Confidently share any administration issues or discrepancies with the Store Team
• Take control of your own development
