Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to provide flexible, pupil-centered SLT support across Bridgwater and surrounding areas. The role offers hourly pay and adaptable day options to fit your lifestyle.

You will deliver therapy to children and young people, assess and plan interventions, work with school staff and external professionals, and maintain accurate records. Competitive hourly rate reflects experience and pay type.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Relevant Speech and Language Therapy qualification.
• Professional registration (e.g. HCPC / RCSLT)
• Experience working with children or young people.
• Enhanced DBS on the Child Workforce Update Service, or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy to children and young people.
• Support pupils with a range of needs, including SEN.
• Assess, plan and deliver targeted intervention programmes.
• Work collaboratively with school staff, SENCOs and external professionals.
• Maintain appropriate records and reports.
