CSS is hiring a Warehouse Operative to join sites across the Witham, Essex area. You will handle picking, packing, and loading tasks on busy production lines and ensure accurate, safe handling of goods.

The role offers flexible day, night, and weekend shifts with both temporary and permanent opportunities. Training is provided, no prior experience required beyond reliability and teamwork, and public transport is available.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items.
• Previous warehouse or production experience welcomed; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Lifting bulk materials when required too
• Working on production lines to assemble, inspect, and package goods
• Loading and unloading items safely while adhering to site health and safety guidelines
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
