Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and operate the POS system accurately.
• Stock, stockroom and storefront cleanliness; maintain food prep areas.
• Prepare and serve quality food; ensure proper food handling and labeling.
• Process payments and follow cash handling policies.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety rules and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
