iCare24 is recruiting a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to deliver safe, person-centred nursing care and uphold clinical standards. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive high-quality care and maintain dignity and wellbeing.

Qualificações

• Current registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse.
• Nursing qualifications relevant to general nursing practice.
• Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Professional, compassionate and patient-focused approach.
• Willingness to cover nights and weekends when required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records.
• Carry out clinical observations and escalate concerns promptly.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions within competence.
• Promote infection prevention and control at all times.
• Support patients' physical, emotional and psychological needs.
• Work with healthcare professionals, patients and families.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and professional standards.
