Job summary

Right at Home is seeking Professional Caregivers to join our team in the community. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support independence in the home setting.

The role requires certification or enrollment in PSW/DSW/SSW programs, CPR, and up-to-date immunizations. You will work closely with a Care Team to deliver person-centered care and maintain safety and dignity for clients.

Qualifications

• PSW/DSW/SSW or equivalent certifications accepted.
• CPR certification (within 6 months) and up-to-date immunizations.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
• Commitment to high professional standards and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to clients in the community.

• Follow care plans and documentation as directed by supervisors.
