Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions Limited is hiring a Care Assistant in Bridport, Dorset (DT6) to provide essential in-home care. You will support clients with daily living activities, moving and handling, and personal care while promoting comfort, safety and wellbeing in their own homes.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years, including personal care and moving and handling.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland such as SSSC, SCW or NISSC. This is not required in England.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
• Values: empathy, integrity, respect and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential care and support to clients in their homes and communities.

• Help maintain comfort, safety and wellbeing at all times.
