Qualifications

• Empathetic, considerate and sympathetic nature.
• Enthusiastic and eager to acquire new skills.
• A good listener with forbearance.
• Adaptability due to rotational work.
• Recent pertinent experience in the healthcare sector as a Caregiver/Senior caregiver/Healthcare assistant.
• Proficient in communication, both written and verbal.
• Candidates MUST possess evidence of the right to work in the UK.
• All the obligatory training certificates are up to date (if not available, training will be provided).
• Must have an Enhanced DBS (if not available, a DBS application can be made on your behalf).
• Moving & Handling Practical Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Aiding residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, hygiene, dressing and eating.
• Engaging residents in recreational/social activities to provide physical and mental stimulation.
• Taking charge of residents' physical and emotional well-being and addressing social needs.
• Contributing to resident Care plans and staying informed about specialised support requirements.
• Supporting residents with mobility and assistance as needed.
