Job summary

Aspire People is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work in local schools on a flexible supply basis. You will support teachers with classroom activities, help pupils progress and provide one-to-one and small-group assistance to foster confidence and learning.

We value a positive, patient attitude, strong teamwork, and reliability. Safeguarding and pupil welfare checks are part of the process. Experience with children is desirable and training may be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is desirable.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills are important for collaboration with teachers and pupils.
