Job summary

Vmoves Fleet Solutions is seeking a self-employed inspector driver to inspect and deliver a range of vehicles across the UK. You will manage your own schedule, plan assignments with our logistics team, and operate under DVLA trade‑plate rules with a focus on safety and customer service.

You’ll use our inspection app to record vehicle condition, required today and moving forward, with full training provided. Overnight stays may be necessary, and weekly pay is handled through self-billing.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence with up to 6 penalty points and no DR/CD/DD/TT99 endorsements.
• Right to work in the UK and ability to pass a DBS check.
• Overnight flexibility.
• Professional conduct and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Comfortable using public transport between jobs and walking 1–3 miles as needed.
• Vehicle inspection experience would be advantageous, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and appraise vehicles across the UK and record details using the inspection app.
• Collect and deliver vehicles to various locations as directed by the planning team.
• Stay overnight near collections when required and manage your own schedule.
