You will deliver lessons for Key Stage 3/4 and potentially A-Level, adapting to student needs with inclusive practices.

Qualifications

• QTS or QTLS required; ECTs welcome.
• Strong subject knowledge across your specialist area.
• Excellent classroom management and engaging teaching style.
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service) or willingness to apply.
• Right to work in the UK with reliable transport links.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with A-Level opportunities available for qualified specialists.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively using school policies to maintain an inclusive, productive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies to support pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND or English as an Additional Language (EAL).
• For long-term roles: handle planning, marking, and formal assessments, and participate in departmental meetings and parents' evenings.
