Job summary

Choice Teachers is seeking a Secondary Supply Teacher for flexible, day-to-day and long-term placements in Southport, with daily rates of £140-£200. This role offers the chance to work across mainstream secondary schools and tailor work to your availability in the Southport area.

You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classrooms confidently, and support a positive learning environment while adhering to school policies and safeguarding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Qualified teachers with QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting students' learning.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and confidently.
• Maintaining a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Following school policies, safeguarding procedures and behaviour expectations.
• Providing feedback to school staff following lessons.
• Adapting to different school environments and building positive relationships with students and colleagues.
