Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking Secondary Supply Teachers to cover across North Yorkshire. You will have flexible daily supply, short-term and longer-term assignments, with opportunities across Harrogate, Ripon, Richmond and surrounding areas.

QTS or equivalent and eligibility to teach in UK secondary schools are required, with a DBS Update Service already in place or willingness to obtain one. You will join a network of schools and receive dedicated support and CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent and eligible to teach in UK secondary schools.
• DBS update service or willingness to obtain one.
• Two recent professional references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3-5 within your subject specialism.
• Follow existing lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning.
• Maintain strong standards of behaviour and classroom management.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Adapt quickly to different schools and classroom environments.
