Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers across Birmingham for opportunities starting after October half-term. You can work one or two days a week, secure regular bookings, or take on longer‑term positions. We hire for Maths, English, Science, and other secondary subjects across KS3 and KS4, with QTS/QTLS required.

You will need QTS or QTLS and experience in a secondary school. We welcome experienced teachers, ECTs, and those returning to teaching.

Qualifications

• Must have QTS or QTLS and experience teaching within a secondary school.
• Able to manage a classroom and follow school policies.
• Available for daily, weekly, or longer‑term assignments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Plan, deliver and assess lessons to suit multiple schools and learners.
• Support pupils throughout the day and maintain classroom routines.
