Job summary

Philosophy Education is seeking a Cover Supervisor in the Hounslow area to provide cover in secondary schools. You will cover classes for students aged 11–18, ensuring tasks are completed in the absence of the assigned teacher.

The role offers flexible short-term and daily supply work with opportunities for longer contracts for experienced supervisors. Applicants should be able to start with confidence, maintain a professional approach, and hold an Enhanced DBS certificate.

Responsibilities

• Cover classes in secondary schools when teachers are absent or engaged in other activities.
• Ensure students are on task and working on set activities.
• Availability for short-term/supply work and potential full-time contracts for experienced cover supervisors.
