Job summary

Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is hiring a Kitchen Assistant on a part-time basis (7.5 hours per week), contracted to 43.8 weeks per year. You’ll join a team that takes pride in food, brand, and people, with opportunities to progress within a company that invests in its people.

Your duties include preparing high-quality food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, safe use of equipment, assisting with deliveries, representing Chartwells, and complying with hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas.
• Ensuring the correct use of all machinery and equipment.
• Assisting with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles.
