Job summary

WHSmith Travel in Birmingham is seeking a Sales Assistant for a fully flexible, in-store role with shifts across the week (typical shifts include 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm; Sundays 8am-10pm; Saturdays 6am-11pm). You’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to uphold our store standards.

You’ll focus on welcoming customers, replenishing stock, maintaining tidy displays, and collaborating to achieve high standards.

• Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Carrying out stock replenishment, keeping all areas tidy and inviting for shoppers.
• Maintaining high standards of display and visual merchandising to help customers find what they need.
