Job summary

Creative Support seeks warm, flexible Relief Support Workers for our Supported Living service in the centre of Rugeley, Staffordshire. The role supports 14 individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, with tasks such as personal care and medication assistance.

Shifts are in teams of 3–4, with daytime, evening, weekend and sleep-in options. A minimum of 12 months' experience is essential; the role is bank/relief with access to the SONA app for nationwide shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in relief/support roles.

Responsibilities

• Flexible working hours to include daytimes, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
• Assisting with day-to-day living tasks such as budgeting, shopping, medication support and personal care.
• Collaborating with service users, families, carers and professionals to provide a coordinated service.
