Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking a Level 2 Qualified Early Years Assistant to join our friendly team in the UK. You’ll support children’s development through play-based learning, under the guidance of experienced staff, and help deliver our Bee Curious curriculum.

In this role you’ll create a safe, inclusive environment, build strong partnerships with families, and contribute to planning and assessing activities. Previous experience with under-5s is valued, as is empathy and good communication.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education.
• Experience working with children under 5 is preferred.
• Empathy and understanding—each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
