Nurseplus is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across client sites in Norwich. You will provide medication administration, care planning support, and patient assessment in line with NMC guidance.

A current UK registration and at least six months paid experience are required, with flexibility to travel. We offer flexible hours, weekly pay, and ongoing training including revalidation support.

Qualifications

• Must have English proficiency and effective communication skills.
• Current, unrestricted NMC registration or equivalent for the UK.
• At least six months of UK-based paid nursing experience.
• The right to work in the UK and flexibility to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to clients across different settings.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC guidelines.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Support care planning and documentation to maintain high standards of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate care records and ensure compliance with policies.
