Viewber is seeking freelance property viewing members to show properties to potential buyers and tenants in your spare time. You can accept or reject invitations, enabling flexible income opportunities across the UK.

Payments are made per appointment, with typical rates around £19.49 for a standard 30-minute viewing and higher for longer sessions or photography tasks. DBS certificate within 3 years is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable and feel comfortable working alone.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• A DBS, Disclosure Scotland or AccessNI certificate, dated within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Show potential buyers and tenants around properties in your spare time.
• Provide photography services or related tasks as required.
• Travel to appointments within your chosen radius and manage scheduling with clients.
