Job summary

Serve Legal is seeking auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues on behalf of a leading media research client. In PubTV, you will visit venues in a designated area, complete a small number of observations, and report findings through our online system.

Visits are anonymous and observational only, with no interaction with staff. This is a part-time, flexible role designed to fit around other commitments.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence or access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Complete visits during an allocated time window.
• Make simple observations based on project requirements.
• Record findings through the online reporting system.
• Provide basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Route coverage varies; aim to visit multiple venues within the area.
