Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking qualified Primary Teachers to join our supply agency in Sleaford and the surrounding Lincolnshire area. Roles cover EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with Day-to-Day, Short-Term and Long-Term placements.

Earn £120–£210 per day, paid weekly. Flexible roles to suit your availability with support from an experienced education consultant; Enhanced DBS (Update Service) preferred or willingness to apply. Ideal for ongoing teaching experience across local primary schools.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent required.
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school.
• Enhanced DBS via Update Service (or willing to apply).
• Flexible, professional, and reliable approach.

Responsibilities

• Teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 based on experience and preference.
• Delivering engaging, inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively.
• Following school policies and adapting quickly to new environments.
• Providing feedback where required.
