Job summary

Heart of Supply seeks qualified Primary Supply Teachers for Grimsby and North East Lincolnshire. Roles range from day-to-day cover to longer-term assignments across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. QTS and UK teaching experience are required, with DBS checks and safeguarding compliance part of the process.

Qualifications

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
• A nurturing, flexible teaching approach with the ability to connect quickly with pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management rooted in positive reinforcement
• The ability to follow pre-set work while bringing your own creativity and energy to the classroom
• Clear communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff alike
• A minimum of 6 weeks' teaching experience in the UK

Responsibilities

• Walk into a new classroom, quickly building relationships and making a positive impact
• Deliver day-to-day, short-term and longer-term teaching opportunities across local Lincolnshire primary schools
• Adapt to EYFS, KS1 or KS2 settings and follow pre-set work while bringing creativity and energy
