Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting for Qualified Primary School Teachers to work across Bradford and surrounding areas on day-to-day supply contracts with potential for longer-term positions.

You will deliver lessons in KS1 and KS2, follow the school's curriculum, manage behaviour and help pupils maintain progress in the absence of their usual teacher. Flexible, supportive environment with regular opportunities.

Qualifications

• QTS required; ECTs encouraged
• Experience across KS1 and KS2
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• Confidence delivering lessons across a range of subjects
• Effective classroom and behaviour management
• Reliability and adaptability to different school environments
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil development

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons in line with the school's curriculum
• Follow planning where provided
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Create a positive learning environment for pupils when the usual teacher is absent
