Job summary

I C TALENT is seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our team for flexible roles in schools around Spalding and surrounding areas. You can pick days that suit you and gain experience across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in different classrooms.

Ideal candidates hold QTS or equivalent, with strong classroom management and a proactive approach to safeguarding. DBS may be arranged through IC Talent, with training available as needed.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
• Strong Classroom Management.
• Passion and excitement in the classroom.
• A child-only enhanced DBS (Can apply for one through I C Talent).
• Safeguarding, Prevent and Allergy Training (Can be done through I C Talent).

Responsibilities

• Teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, adapting to year groups.
• Choose the days you're available and the type of work that suits you.
• Conversations about preferred hours and regular vs occasional work are welcomed.
