Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across Early Years, KS1 or KS2.
• Follow or adapt lesson plans as required.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom where every child can succeed.
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies.
• Keep pupils engaged and progressing during teacher absence.
• Build relationships with pupils, colleagues and school leaders.
