Job summary

Simply Education are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to support primary schools across Gillingham and the surrounding areas from September.

This is a great opportunity for teachers who enjoy the variety of supply work and are happy working across different primary year groups and school settings. You will need to be flexible, reliable and comfortable travelling to different schools when required.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or relevant teaching qualifications.
• Experience teaching across primary year groups.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Covering classes and following existing lesson plans where provided.
• Managing classroom behaviour confidently and effectively.
• Supporting pupils with SEN needs.
• Adapting teaching to suit different year groups and school environments.
• Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
• Willing to travel across the surrounding area.
