Job summary

Academics is seeking a reliable Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Blacon, Chester. The role offers flexible daily and short-term placements, with start dates from September and ongoing work through temporary assignments.

You will assist in classrooms, support small groups, and help promote safeguarding and positive behaviour, while benefiting from weekly pay and ongoing support from partner schools.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable).
• Good understanding of safeguarding.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one (we can help with this).
