Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching across Primary Schools.
• Be flexible, well-organised and confident teaching across a range of year groups.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management, behaviour management and communication skills.
• Adapt your teaching to meet the needs of individual learners and different abilities.
• Be passionate about delivering high-quality, engaging and inspiring lessons.
• Be committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver well-planned, engaging lessons across Early Years to Year 6.
• Maintain strong classroom routines and promote positive behaviour.
• Support pupil progress during classes and release time.
• Collaborate with other teachers, teaching assistants and staff.
• Uphold the school's values of respect, ambition and inclusion.
• Ensure continuity, consistency and high standards in teaching and learning.
• Adapt lessons to meet different abilities and needs.
