Job summary

Hoop Education is seeking passionate Primary School Teachers to support schools across Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot with flexible teaching opportunities and long-term roles.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Recent experience teaching in a primary school.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for Wales.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Differentiate learning to meet each pupil's needs.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents and carers to support pupil development.
