Qualifications

• Proven experience working with students of primary school age.
• Ability to deliver personalised, engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2 subjects.
• Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
• Access to own bank of teaching resources and adaptable teaching strategies.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver personalised lessons tailored to students' learning level.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly.
• Maintain communication with parents/guardians about student performance.
• Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
