Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECT) to work as primary supply teachers in Lincoln for September 2026. You will gain classroom experience across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a variety of primary schools, developing confidence before securing a permanent role.

This flexible role offers exposure to different school environments, CPD opportunities, and ongoing support from an experienced education recruitment consultant to help you build your teaching career in the UK.

Qualifications

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be waiting for the certificate.
• Be a recent graduate teacher or in the early stages of your teaching career.
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Be flexible, reliable, and adaptable.
• Have excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one).
• Have the legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the UK national curriculum.
• Adapt quickly to different primary school classroom environments.
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently and positively.
• Support pupils' academic progress and learning outcomes.
• Follow school safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
