Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd is hiring on behalf of Royal Mail to fill flexible (temporary) postal delivery driver positions across the community. You will drive a Royal Mail van, deliver letters and parcels, and spend part of your day on foot.

A full manual UK driving licence (up to 6 points) and the ability to walk long distances are required. Shifts include Day, Dawn, Early, Evening, Late and Night with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk long distances and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; be flexible and adaptable to short-notice changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels by driving a Royal Mail van and delivering on foot parts of the route.
• Ensure items reach destinations safely and handle election materials and restricted items per standards.
• Represent Royal Mail in the community and provide active, flexible service across shifts.
