Job summary

Royal Mail is looking for flexible (temporary) Post Persons with Driving to join our team in the Walton-on-Thames area. You'll be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering letters and parcels along your round, with a combination of driving and occasional walking.

A variety of shifts are available with competitive pay rates. To apply you need a full manual UK driving licence with no more than six points, and you should be physically fit to walk long distances and carry bags up to 16

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day, carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; we need team players who can adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels as part of a Royal Mail round.
• Drive a delivery van and deliver items safely.
• Provide customer service in the community.
