David Lloyd Clubs in Hassocks is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions and create tailored programming for members. You’ll guide clients in the gym to help them reach their goals and grow your client base with our induction and CDP course support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness with ability to inspire members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• Customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Personal Training sessions.
• Create programming plans for members.
• Guide members in gym environments to achieve goals.
• Support growing your client base through induction and CDP courses.
• Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive club culture.
