Job summary

Brandon Trust is seeking a Part Time Support Worker in Trowbridge to help autistic people and those with learning disabilities live as independently as possible.

You will support with everyday tasks, personal care, routines, and community activities, while respecting individual choices and preferences. Training and ongoing support are provided in a value-driven, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care not required; training provided.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 rota with flexible shifts.
• Commitment to inclusive support and person-centred care.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable and right to work in UK confirmed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities like shopping, cooking and health needs.
• Provide personal care in a respectful, dignified, person-centred way.
• Support with routines, hobbies and day-to-day independence.
