Job summary

Serve Legal are recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues for a leading media research client. This is a part-time, flexible role designed to fit around other work, studies or commitments.

You will visit venues within a designated area on a project basis, perform quick observations, report findings via an online system, and benefit from support from Area Managers. No prior experience required and travel expenses are covered.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
• No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area; auditors are encouraged to visit as many venues as possible within the window.
