Job summary

Travelodge Marlow is hiring a part-time Kitchen Bar Cafe Team Member. You’ll join a friendly, family-like team with flexible hours and no prior experience required as full training is provided.

Your duties include preparing, promoting and upselling food and drinks, serving at the bar, taking orders and helping keep the bar and kitchen areas clean. The role offers an hourly contract with a focus on customer service, teamwork and opportunities for progression through the Aspire Programme.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, promote and upsell food and drinks in the kitchen and bar areas.
• Cook and plate items as required and keep kitchen clean and stocked.
• Take customer orders, serve drinks at the bar, and assist with general housekeeping duties.
