Responsibilities

• Planning, buying, preparing and cooking nutritious meals for children and young people.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, communal areas and kitchen facilities.
• Undertaking laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing and storing clothing, bedding and towels.
• Managing household stocks and supplies, reporting shortages and ensuring appropriate levels of cleaning and household products are maintained.
• Adhering to food hygiene, health and safety, infection control and safeguarding procedures at all times.
