We are looking for a flexible part‑time Hotel Receptionist to join our team at the luxurious five star plus Old Parsonage Hotel which is part of The Oxford Collection; a small privately owned group of two luxury 5 hotels and apartments three restaurants that consists of the Old Bank Hotel, the Old Parsonage Hotel, 36 St Giles Parsonage Grill, Gees Restaurant & Bar and Quod Restaurant & Bar. Having recently undergone a complete refurbishment programme we have 80 bedrooms across three iconic properties in central Oxford with unrivalled views across the city’s beautiful skyline.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Welcome our guests in a friendly and accommodating manner by telephone or in person.
  • Be equipped with the knowledge to provide information to our guests of all hotel facilities and services our sister hotel and restaurants and relevant local information.
  • Provide an expert check‑in / check‑out experience to hotel guests ensuring the correct rates are charged all services are correctly billed and that the guests payments are properly processed.
  • Provide informative show‑rounds of the hotel restaurant and private dining.
  • Assist guests with luggage (there are no lift facilities in the building therefore a high level of manual handling and use of the stairs are required with this role).

We are looking for a flexible part‑time Receptionist with an OTE up to 13.00 per hour including non‑contractual service charge (tronc).
