Job summary

Heacham Manor Hotel is seeking a Housekeeper to join the housekeeping team. The postholder will maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, suites and public areas to high standards while ensuring excellent customer service and safety compliance.

The role reports to the Head of Housekeeping and requires flexibility, reliability and strong teamwork. The hours are 8 hours per week, permanent on-site position at Heacham Manor Hotel.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience (Desirable).
• COSHH Awareness (training will be given).
• Teamwork skills and the ability to act as the public face of the business

Responsibilities

• Clean Hotel Rooms and Cottages (dusting, vacuuming, polishing).
• Clean Bathrooms (showers, baths, basins, tiles, toilets).
• Clean Kitchens (worktops, basin, equipment).
• Sweep public and outside areas (hallways, patios).
• Assist in maintaining a cleaning inventory.
• Report faults to Supervisors/Management.
• Assist with customer queries and liaise with Reception.
• Maintain standards of quality, cleanliness and consistency.
